Introduction
PT. Nusantara Creative Marketing is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Marketing Administrator to join our dynamic team in Denpasar. This full‑time position plays a crucial role in supporting the marketing department’s day‑to‑day operations, ensuring that campaigns run smoothly, budgets are tracked accurately, and all administrative tasks are completed with the highest level of professionalism. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate or a junior professional with at least one year of relevant experience, strong computer skills, and a genuine passion for helping a brand grow in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns, events, and deadlines are documented and communicated to the team.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute internal and external marketing materials such as presentations, flyers, and email newsletters.
- Assist in the collection, analysis, and reporting of marketing data, including campaign performance metrics, lead generation statistics, and ROI calculations.
- Manage vendor relationships, process invoices, and track expenses to keep the marketing budget within approved limits.
- Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical—for contracts, creative assets, and regulatory documentation.
- Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities by handling logistics, registrations, and post‑event follow‑ups.
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to senior marketers, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations, particularly in areas such as data privacy and advertising standards.
- Facilitate effective communication between the marketing department and other internal teams such as sales, product development, and finance.
- Continuously look for process‑improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative support, preferably within a marketing or advertising environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel; ability to create spreadsheets, pivot tables, and basic data visualizations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Own reliable transportation and be based in or willing to relocate to Denpasar.
- Demonstrated integrity, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting while also handling independent tasks efficiently.
