Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.

- Maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols, ensuring the kitchen complies with local health regulations.
- Manage inventory of raw ingredients, conduct daily stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers to minimize waste.
- Train, mentor, and supervise junior kitchen staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the beverage‑mixing team to ensure seamless service of coffee and non‑coffee drinks, especially during peak hours.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures, adjusting processes to meet guest expectations for taste and presentation.
- Document daily production reports, noting any deviations, equipment issues, or supply shortages.
- Participate in regular menu tastings and provide feedback to the culinary director.

Requirements
- Female candidate (per local hiring policy).
- Maximum age: 38 years for senior cook role; 28 years for beverage‑mixing specialist.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of professional cooking experience in a restaurant, hotel, or café setting.
- For beverage‑mixing candidates: proven experience preparing both coffee‑based and non‑coffee beverages.
- Strong cooking techniques, knowledge of food safety, and ability to follow standardized recipes.
- Soft skills: discipline, speed, honesty, high initiative, excellent communication, and teamwork orientation.
