Responsibilities
- Proactively offer and demonstrate the company’s mobile products to existing clients and new prospects, tailoring presentations to meet specific needs.
- Generate orders through the channel distribution network, ensuring accurate capture of initial data and verification of customer information.
- Prepare, review, and complete all required documentation for customer credit applications, collaborating closely with finance and underwriting teams.
- Monitor the progress of credit applications, providing timely updates to dealers and customers regarding approval status and any required actions.
- Communicate payment schedules, due dates, and collection locations clearly to customers, minimizing misunderstandings and late payments.
- Maintain a detailed pipeline of leads, prospects, and closed deals using the company’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights.
- Conduct regular follow‑up calls and visits to strengthen customer relationships, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling.
- Collaborate with marketing to align promotional campaigns with sales objectives, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Report weekly and monthly sales performance metrics to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed corrective actions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide strategic recommendations for product enhancements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 (any major) or equivalent; high school (SMA/SMK) graduates are also considered.
- Age: up to 30 years at the time of application.
- Open to fresh graduates, though at least 1 year of relevant experience in mobile sales or a similar field is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build trust.
- Demonstrated integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty in all professional interactions.
- Possession of a personal vehicle and a valid SIM A/C (active).
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently, while also thriving in a team‑oriented environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Willingness to be placed in a location that aligns with the candidate’s domicile.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
