This field‑oriented sales role is essential for expanding our network of agents who will deliver financial services to underserved communities. The successful candidate will work closely with our regional sales team, leveraging strong communication skills and a results‑driven mindset to meet and exceed acquisition targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire new AmarthaLink agents in accordance with monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct on‑site presentations and workshops to educate prospective agents about the benefits, features, and operational procedures of the AmarthaLink platform.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with agents, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and smooth day‑to‑day operations.
- Provide hands‑on training and continuous support on system usage, product updates, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor agents’ transaction volumes and performance metrics, offering corrective guidance when needed to maintain optimal activity levels.
- Analyze local market potential, competitor activity, and demographic trends to formulate strategic plans for agent network growth.
- Prepare and submit regular reports detailing acquisition progress, sales performance, and market insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with the Boalemo community.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM tools and ensure data integrity for future analysis.
- Travel within the assigned territory on a daily basis, utilizing a personal motorcycle and a valid SIM C.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3/D4) in Business, Finance, or related field.
- At least 12 months of proven experience in acquisition sales within e‑commerce, PPOB, telecom, retail, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong familiarity with the Boalemo area and local business culture.
- Own a reliable two‑wheel vehicle and possess a valid driving license (SIM C).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on ethical persuasion and customer‑centric selling.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently in the field, and comfortable with a Monday‑Friday schedule (08:00‑17:00).
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market data, develop actionable strategies, and meet quantitative targets.
- Adaptability to fast‑changing fintech environments and willingness to continuously learn new product features.
