Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to coordinate smooth service during peak hours.
- Follow the restaurant’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for table setup, order timing, and guest interaction.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and issue receipts while maintaining accuracy.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including setting up dining rooms, polishing cutlery, and restocking supplies.
- Respond to guest feedback, resolve minor issues on the spot, and escalate more complex concerns to management.
- Participate in regular training sessions on menu knowledge, allergen awareness, and service etiquette.
- Work flexible shift schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

- Prior experience in the food & beverage (F&B) sector is preferred, especially in a restaurant or café setting.
