Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Floor Leader (Koordinator Operasional) for our upcoming restaurant branch in Bojonegoro, Kabupaten Bojonegoro. This pivotal role will serve as the operational backbone of the store, ensuring that every guest experience is seamless, every team member is supported, and the restaurant runs efficiently from opening to closing. The successful candidate will be based in Bojonegoro and will be instrumental in establishing the new outlet, working closely with senior management to implement brand standards, drive sales, and cultivate a high‑performing crew. This position offers a fast‑paced environment where leadership, analytical thinking, and a passion for the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, including cash handling, order taking, kitchen coordination, and barista duties.
  • Perform hands‑on crew duties across all stations (kasir, server, kitchen, produksi, barista) to maintain service standards and fill staffing gaps.
  • Oversee staff scheduling, shift rotations, and attendance, ensuring optimal coverage while respecting labor regulations.
  • Conduct regular stock opname, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with vendors to guarantee product quality and freshness.
  • Implement opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation, equipment checks, and safety inspections.
  • Train new hires, mentor existing team members, and develop performance improvement plans to boost productivity and morale.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends, propose menu adjustments, and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, conducting internal audits and preparing for external inspections.
  • Collaborate with the regional manager on promotional campaigns, budget planning, and cost‑control initiatives.
  • Report operational performance, staffing issues, and financial variances to senior management on a weekly basis.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/S1 (any major) – a degree is preferred but not mandatory if accompanied by relevant experience.
  • Age: maximum 30 years at the time of hire.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in the Food & Beverage sector, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated competency in stock control, conflict management, and analytical problem‑solving.
  • Good physical health with no chronic illnesses that could affect work performance.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per restaurant operating hours.
  • Readiness to undergo a comprehensive training program lasting 3–6 months before taking full responsibility.
  • Open to relocation or daily commuting to the Bojonegoro branch for the duration of the project.
