Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and results‑driven Sales Acquisition Specialists to join our expanding team in the Malang and Kota Batu region. This role focuses on promoting and selling Electronic Data Capture (EDC) machines to micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM). As a front‑line ambassador of our payment solutions, you will play a pivotal part in helping local businesses modernize their transaction processes while driving the company’s growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct door‑to‑door canvassing and field visits to identify potential UMKM customers interested in EDC solutions.
  • Achieve a daily sales target of 2‑3 EDC units by presenting product benefits, handling objections, and closing deals.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through systematic follow‑up and relationship building.
  • Provide on‑site product demonstrations, explain transaction fees, and guide merchants on integration with existing point‑of‑sale systems.
  • Prepare and submit accurate daily activity reports, sales forecasts, and market feedback to the regional manager.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical support teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new merchants.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting electronic payments.
  • Represent the company professionally at local business events, trade fairs, and community gatherings.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • No upper age limit; candidates of any age are encouraged to apply.
  • Open to all genders.
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in financial services or technology.
  • Own a reliable two‑wheel vehicle and hold a valid SIM C for commuting to client sites.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Proficiency in basic sales analysis tools and the ability to interpret performance data.
  • Self‑motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
