Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor Akuisisi dan Pengembangan Bisnis to lead the acquisition and growth initiatives for our fintech and e‑commerce merchant portfolio. The role is pivotal in shaping the company’s market expansion strategy, driving daily and monthly targets, and cultivating high‑performing teams that deliver exceptional results. This position offers a fast‑paced environment where strategic thinking, hands‑on leadership, and strong analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Penyusunan Strategi & Target: Design comprehensive business plans that broaden customer reach, set realistic daily and monthly acquisition goals, and align with overall corporate objectives.
  • Manajemen Tim & Operasional: Coordinate daily activities of field staff, enforce adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), provide continuous coaching, and motivate the team to exceed performance benchmarks.
  • Akuisisi & Onboarding: Lead the end‑to‑end sourcing, negotiation, and onboarding process for new merchants, ensuring legal compliance, account activation, and seamless integration into the platform.
  • Analisis Kinerja & Pelaporan: Compile detailed sales and acquisition performance reports, conduct qualitative and quantitative reviews, and present forecast insights to senior management.
  • Hubungan Pelanggan & Solusi: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients, resolve technical issues promptly, and act as the primary point of contact for escalated concerns.
  • Direct Sales / Marketing: Oversee field canvassing efforts, identify high‑potential leads, and support the team in converting prospects into active merchants.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging fintech regulations to adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: S1 (Bachelor’s degree) in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Age limit: Maximum 35 years.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing, merchant acquisition, or a similar sales-driven role, preferably within fintech or e‑commerce.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Result‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Core competencies: strategic planning, data analysis, customer relationship management, public speaking, market analysis, and strategic accounting.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, Excel or similar data‑analysis software, and familiarity with SOP implementation.
