Responsibilities

- Take accurate food and beverage orders, answer menu questions, and suggest daily specials or pairings.
- Communicate orders efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff, ensuring timely delivery of dishes.
- Serve meals and drinks according to restaurant standards, checking for satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Handle payment transactions, process cash, credit, and mobile payments, and issue receipts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, including resetting tables, polishing cutlery, and restocking service items.
- Collaborate closely with fellow servers, kitchen personnel, and management to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, promptly reporting any concerns to the supervisor.
