Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Associate (Mitra Pemasaran Digital) to join our dynamic team in the vibrant Nusa Dua area of Bali. Responsibilities
- Maintain and regularly update Perjanjian Kerjasama (PKS) agreements with existing dealers to ensure compliance and mutual satisfaction.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new dealers, clearly explaining product features, promotional programs, and the process for submitting purchase orders (PO) independently.
- Collaborate closely with the Section Head of Motor at the branch office to align marketing initiatives with overall sales strategies.
- Educate dealers and channel partners on the latest digital tools, mobile applications, and best practices for online sales.
- Monitor dealer performance against targets, provide feedback, and propose corrective actions when necessary.
- Develop and execute social‑media marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving traffic to dealer channels.
- Gather market intelligence, track competitor activities, and relay insights to the marketing team for strategic planning.
- Prepare regular reports on dealer engagement, sales pipeline, and campaign effectiveness for senior management review.
Requirements
- Age 21 years or older; no upper age limit.
- Open to candidates of any educational background (all levels accepted).
- Possess a valid motorbike and an active SIM C license.
- Proficient with Android smartphones and maintain an active personal phone number for business communication.
- Strong interest in learning about online sales, digital marketing, and e‑commerce platforms.
- Demonstrated sales and marketing mindset with a clear focus on achieving targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport with dealers and internal stakeholders.
- High integrity, resilience, perseverance, and a “never‑give‑up” attitude.
- Female candidates will be primarily positioned for social‑media marketing duties, though all responsibilities are collaborative.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
