Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a motivated Remedial Officer (Collection) to join our branch in Serang, serving the broader Jabodetabek ser region. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the timely collection of overdue accounts receivable (A/R) while maintaining strong customer relationships and upholding the integrity of our multifinance operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem‑solver with a solid educational background, an eye for detail, and a commitment to meeting aggressive collection targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end collection activities for overdue loans, ensuring that all payments are recovered within established timelines.
- Monitor aging reports, identify high‑risk accounts, and prioritize collection efforts based on risk exposure and business impact.
- Conduct outbound calls, send reminder letters, and arrange face‑to‑face meetings with borrowers to negotiate repayment plans.
- Collaborate with the credit underwriting team to verify borrower information and assess the feasibility of restructuring proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection interactions in the company’s CRM system, updating status notes and documenting agreements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection performance reports for senior management, highlighting trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and internal policies related to debt collection, data privacy, and consumer protection.
- Participate in regular training sessions on negotiation techniques, financial products, and legal updates to continuously improve effectiveness.
- Support cross‑functional initiatives, such as fraud detection and customer retention programs, by providing insights from collection activities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate) or S1 (bachelor) in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Age: ≤ 29 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Work experience: 0 years required; 1 + year of experience in collections or a related financial role is a distinct advantage.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- High level of integrity, diligence, honesty, and resilience under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM or loan management systems.
- Availability to work at the Adira branch corresponding to the candidate’s domicile, Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
