Introduction
PT BCA Finance is seeking a motivated Relationship Officer to join our dynamic team at the Serang branch. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence, fostering strong partnerships, and driving sales growth within the BCA Finance ecosystem. The successful candidate will work directly in the field, engaging with customers and partners, and will be based in the Serang area.
Responsibilities
- Promote BCA Finance products and services to existing and potential customers, actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a robust network of partners, dealers, and corporate clients to support the company’s growth objectives.
- Conduct on‑site surveys and perform detailed credit‑worthiness analysis to assess consumer eligibility.
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare accurate reports on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Represent BCA Finance at community events, trade fairs, and local business forums to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including the Personal Data Protection Act (UU No. 27/2022).
- Provide excellent after‑sales support, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or S1 in any discipline with a GPA of at least 2.50.
- Open to candidates of any gender; no age limit.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and consumer credit information.
- Passion for field work and willingness to travel within the Serang region.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) and ownership of a personal motorcycle.
- Residency in Serang or surrounding areas is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building lasting relationships.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently while aligning with team objectives.
