Responsibilities

- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other equipment, performing routine cleaning and minor troubleshooting.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, balancing the register at the end of each shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to restock supplies, manage inventory, and ensure smooth workflow during peak hours.
- Assist in training new hires, sharing best practices for drink preparation and customer interaction.

Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
