Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and courteous table service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Set up dining areas before service, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and tableware according to hotel standards.
- Take accurate orders, convey them to the kitchen, and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Maintain strict adherence to hygiene and safety protocols, including regular hand washing and proper food handling.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and issue receipts while maintaining confidentiality.
- Resolve guest concerns swiftly and professionally, utilizing conflict‑management techniques to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow waitstaff to coordinate service flow during peak hours.
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, promotional offers, and service standards.
- Keep the service area clean and organized, including clearing tables, polishing surfaces, and restocking supplies.
- Assist in inventory checks and report any shortages or equipment issues to management.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Gender: Male (Laki‑laki).
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates of all ages are welcome.
- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Ability to reside in the provided mess facility and adapt to communal living.
- Availability to work 12‑hour shifts, either 06:00‑18:00 (day shift) or 18:00‑06:00 (night shift), on a rotating schedule.

- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry trays of food and beverages safely.
