Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Shift Lead for our SPX Express hub located in Camba, Kabupaten Maros, Sulawesi Selatan. This pivotal role will oversee daily warehouse and courier operations, ensuring that every package moves smoothly from intake to final delivery. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment and will be comfortable coordinating teams, optimizing routes, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain daily schedules for courier pick‑up and delivery activities, aligning manpower with peak volume periods.
- Supervise the end‑to‑end shipping and receiving processes, ensuring that all items are accurately logged, inspected, and stored.
- Design and adjust delivery zones based on traffic patterns, customer density, and service level agreements to maximize efficiency.
- Monitor inbound and outbound inventory movements, coordinating closely with third‑party logistics (3PL) partners and external couriers.
- Oversee sorting, labeling, and distribution of goods within the warehouse, guaranteeing that order fulfillment meets quality standards.
- Conduct regular shift handovers, documenting performance metrics, incident reports, and any deviations from standard operating procedures.
- Coach and mentor junior staff on best practices in warehouse safety, equipment handling, and customer service.
- Identify bottlenecks or process gaps and propose continuous‑improvement initiatives to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations, company policies, and health‑and‑safety protocols during each shift.
- Prepare and present daily performance dashboards covering pick‑rate, on‑time delivery, and inventory accuracy.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is welcomed.
- 1–2 years of proven experience in logistics, supply‑chain, or related warehouse operations.
- Solid understanding of warehousing processes, inventory control, and last‑mile delivery dynamics.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including early mornings or evenings as required.
- Residency in Camba, Kab. Maros, or willingness to relocate to the area.

- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, warehouse management systems) and ability to read and interpret shipping documents.
