Responsibilities
- Load, secure, and transport goods using a personal motorcycle to designated destinations while adhering to safety standards.
- Conduct pre‑delivery inspections of orders to verify item accuracy, packaging integrity, and any special handling instructions.
- Assist with loading and unloading of parcels from the motorcycle, ensuring careful handling to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate records of each delivery, including timestamps, recipient signatures, and any delivery exceptions.
- Report daily delivery activity to the operations supervisor via the company’s Android application, noting any issues such as traffic delays or vehicle concerns.
- Provide courteous, clear communication with customers, confirming receipt of goods and addressing any immediate questions.
- Perform routine checks of the motorcycle (fuel level, tire pressure, brakes) before each shift to guarantee vehicle readiness.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on safe riding practices, customer service excellence, and the use of our logistics software.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age between 18 and 50 years.
- All genders are welcome to apply.
- Own a well‑maintained motorcycle with valid registration and insurance.
- Possess an Android smartphone with at least 3 GB RAM to run the delivery application.
- Reside within the designated service area of JNT Siak or be willing to relocate.
- Clear communication skills; ability to speak clearly and understand delivery instructions.
- Zero to minimal prior experience; we provide comprehensive on‑the‑job training.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
