Responsibilities
- Receive and review the daily visit schedule provided by the operations manager, confirming routes and client appointments within the assigned geographic area.
- Conduct face‑to‑face visits to borrowers, verifying identity and loan details while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Notify customers whose loan installments are approaching the due date, clearly explaining payment options, due dates, and any applicable penalties.
- Execute collection activities for overdue accounts, employing persuasive communication techniques to secure payment agreements or arrange restructuring plans.
- Document each interaction accurately in the company’s CRM system, noting payment commitments, objections, and any required follow‑up actions.
- Collaborate with the internal credit and risk teams to flag high‑risk accounts and propose mitigation strategies.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations, including consumer protection laws and internal policies on ethical collection practices.
- Report daily performance metrics, such as number of visits completed, amount collected, and outstanding balances, to the supervisory team.
- Provide feedback on common borrower concerns to help improve product offerings and communication materials.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only, aged 29 years or younger.
- No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication etiquette and interpersonal skills to build trust with borrowers.
- Ability to negotiate politely yet firmly, demonstrating resilience in handling payment refusals.
- Basic numeracy and familiarity with financial concepts such as interest, installments, and penalties.
- Good physical stamina for traveling across the assigned area and conducting multiple daily visits.
- Proficiency in using mobile devices and basic office software for data entry and reporting.
- Commitment to a Monday‑Saturday work schedule, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak collection periods.
