Introduction

We are seeking energetic and results‑driven Sales Acquisition Professionals to join our expanding team in the Kabupaten Alor region. As a Sales Akuisisi Merchant EDC, you will play a pivotal role in introducing our electronic data capture (EDC) solutions to micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM). Your mission will be to build strong relationships with merchants, understand their payment processing needs, and guide them through the adoption of our cutting‑edge EDC machines. This is a full‑time, field‑based position with a competitive compensation package, performance incentives, and the opportunity to grow within a fast‑moving fintech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct door‑to‑door canvassing and scheduled visits to UMKM owners across Kabupaten Alor, presenting the benefits of our EDC devices.
  • Achieve a daily sales target of 2–3 new merchant sign‑ups, tracking progress against monthly quotas.
  • Perform product demonstrations, answer technical questions, and assist merchants in completing the onboarding paperwork.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects using the company’s CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
  • Collaborate with the regional operations team to schedule device installation, training, and post‑sale support.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and emerging payment trends to inform sales tactics.
  • Provide regular sales reports to the Area Sales Manager, highlighting challenges, successes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions to continuously sharpen sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Uphold the company’s brand reputation by delivering professional, courteous, and ethical service at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in financial services, technology, or consumer electronics.
  • Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) and ownership of a reliable two‑wheel vehicle for field travel.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust quickly with diverse merchants.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently under minimal supervision.
  • Basic analytical ability to assess sales data, identify patterns, and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language skills are a plus.
