Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Sales Pengambilan Order (TO) – Wilayah Lahat to join our dynamic FMCG (Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods) team. This role is focused on driving order acquisition, nurturing client relationships, and expanding market penetration across the Lahat region. The ideal candidate will be a self‑starter with a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for delivering results in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned retail outlets, distributors, and wholesalers within the Lahat territory to capture daily orders and ensure product availability.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers, providing product knowledge, promotional updates, and after‑sales support.
  • Execute the company’s order‑taking process using Android smartphones or tablets, accurately entering data into the sales system.
  • Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and communicate replenishment needs to the logistics team to avoid stock‑outs.
  • Conduct competitive analysis on‑site, gathering price, placement, and promotional information to inform pricing strategies.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets by proactively identifying upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit daily activity reports, including order volume, market feedback, and any issues encountered.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, sharing insights and best practices with the broader sales force.
  • Represent the brand at local events, trade shows, and community activities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and ethical sales practices at all times.

Requirements

  • Reside in or near the Lahat area and be willing to travel throughout the assigned territory.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience in the FMCG sector (sales, direct sales, or canvassing).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
  • Own a motorbike and possess a valid SIM C driving license.
  • Strong commitment to achieving sales targets and a genuine enthusiasm for the sales profession.
  • Proficient in operating Android smartphones, tablets, or other mobile gadgets for order entry and communication.
  • Excellent business communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build rapport.
  • Analytical mindset for competitive analysis and market trend assessment.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Age: Maximum 30 years.
