Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan for life insurance products within assigned BNI Bank outlets.
  • Conduct daily prospecting activities, including cold calls, client visits, and in‑branch presentations to generate qualified leads.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations that clearly explain policy benefits, coverage options, and underwriting processes.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline by tracking leads, scheduling follow‑ups, and managing the end‑to‑end sales cycle from quotation to policy issuance.
  • Collaborate closely with BNI Bank staff to ensure seamless integration of insurance offerings into the bank’s existing service portfolio.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with customers, providing post‑sale support, policy reviews, and cross‑selling opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to continuously improve sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and actionable insights.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions and industry seminars to stay current with product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 degree in any discipline is also accepted.
  • Age range: 20‑35 years (SMA candidates) or 22‑35 years (D3/S1 candidates).
  • At least 1 year of experience in financial services marketing; 2 years preferred for SMA applicants.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and a tidy, well‑groomed demeanor.
  • Demonstrated interest in sales and a results‑driven mindset.
  • Not currently listed as an active member of the Association of Indonesian Financial Institutions (AAJI).
  • Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00, and travel within the Karawang region as needed.
