We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Pendanaan Pemasaran to join our growing financial institution. This pivotal role focuses on attracting new customers and securing deposits through strategic marketing initiatives. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive funding acquisition strategies to increase the bank’s portfolio of savings, current accounts, and term deposits.
- Identify and engage prospective clients through direct outreach, community events, and digital campaigns.
- Create compelling promotional materials—both printed (brochures, flyers) and digital (social media posts, email newsletters)—that highlight the bank’s product suite.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure marketing messages accurately reflect product features and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing ongoing service excellence and cross‑selling opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adjust tactics and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, analyzing key metrics such as new account openings, deposit growth, and campaign ROI.
- Utilize MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis, presentation preparation, and documentation.
- Coordinate with branch managers in Yogya and Solo to align local initiatives with corporate objectives.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations throughout all marketing activities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree) in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in marketing within the financial services sector; experience in a BPR (Bank Perkreditan Rakyat) is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively interact with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Strong business sense with a keen understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver persuasive marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations.
- Possession of a valid SIM C driving license and personal vehicle; a SIM A (motorcycle) is preferred.
- Adaptability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude toward meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to work a standard 5‑day work week, with office hours from 08:00 to 17:00.
