Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies with campaign objectives.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Participate in regular training sessions covering sales techniques, product knowledge, and negotiation skills.
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer insights and market trends.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
- Uphold the company’s standards of integrity, professionalism, and customer‑centric service at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline; preferably Marketing, Communications, or Management.
- Age: Must be 27 years old or younger at the time of application.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, English.
- Strong desire to pursue a career in marketing, sales, or business development.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet defined targets.
- Proactive networking mindset with the ability to establish and nurture professional relationships.
- High level of personal integrity, responsibility, and accountability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with CRM tools.
- Negotiation and persuasive selling skills are a plus.
