Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) – General Trade (Rotating) to join our dynamic sales team in Purwokerto. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with retail outlets. As an SPG, you will be the face of our brand, directly engaging with store owners and staff to drive product awareness, trial, and sales.
Responsibilities
- Execute direct selling activities for a portfolio of fast‑moving consumer goods across designated retail outlets.
- Follow a rotating schedule based on the store listing, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all target locations each week.
- Establish and maintain professional communication channels with outlet managers, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and gathering market feedback.
- Achieve or exceed daily and weekly sales targets by employing effective persuasion and negotiation techniques.
- Conduct product demonstrations, sampling, and merchandising to maximize shelf visibility and consumer trial.
- Monitor inventory levels at each outlet, report stock shortages, and coordinate replenishment with the logistics team.
- Submit accurate daily activity reports via our mobile CRM application, documenting sales figures, promotional activities, and competitor observations.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales tactics, and compliance standards.
- Adhere to the company’s safety and conduct policies, including proper use of a personal motorbike and valid SIM C.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates only.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a mobile SPG or field sales representative.
- Own a reliable motorbike and hold a valid SIM C license.
- Possess an Android smartphone (minimum 6 GB RAM) capable of running the company’s sales app.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with outlet personnel.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently while meeting strict performance targets.
- Basic negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
- Flexibility to work the standard schedule of 08:00 – 17:00, with the possibility of occasional weekend or holiday visits based on outlet needs.
