Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Manage daily content calendars, ensuring timely publication of posts, stories, reels, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with design, copywriting, and product teams to create compelling visual and textual content that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (FB/IG Ads) to increase reach, conversion, and ROI.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including engagement rates, follower growth, click‑through rates, and conversion metrics.
- Generate regular performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Oversee marketplace seller activities, ensuring product listings, promotions, and customer interactions are optimized for sales.
- Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with customer service to address community feedback, manage crisis communication, and maintain brand reputation.
- Conduct competitor analysis and benchmark performance to keep the brand ahead of market shifts.
Requirements
- Gender: All genders accepted; candidates may wear hijab if they choose.
- Age: Maximum 30 years old.
- Education: Minimum D3/S1 degree; high school (SMA/SMK) considered for entry‑level candidates.
- Experience: At least 1‑2 years managing social media accounts for a brand, with proven success in campaign execution and content calendar management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, branding principles, and marketplace operations.
- Hands‑on experience with Facebook/Instagram Ads; certifications or proven results are a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills, capable of interpreting data, generating insights, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and basic graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is desirable.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with flexibility for occasional campaign spikes.
