Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our dynamic team as Crew Pelayanan Billiard & Café. As part of our front‑line staff, you will be instrumental in delivering memorable experiences to guests who come to enjoy billiard games, delicious coffee, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with a friendly smile, manage seating arrangements, and ensure a smooth flow of customers throughout the café.
  • Maintain billiard tables, including cue stick preparation, table cleaning, and equipment checks to guarantee optimal playing conditions.
  • Take orders for food and beverages, operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, and handle cash or electronic payments.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, light snacks, and refreshments according to the café’s standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, snacks, and billiard accessories, and assist in restocking when needed.
  • Ensure the dining and gaming areas are kept clean, organized, and safe at all times.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow crew members to coordinate service during peak hours.
  • Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly, offering solutions that enhance satisfaction.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper food handling and equipment maintenance.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, promotional offers, and service protocols.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Gender: Female candidates are preferred, though all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Age: Applicants should be within the typical working age range; no upper limit specified.
  • Experience: Prior experience in hospitality, café service, or billiard hall operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Personal Attributes: Honest, disciplined, diligent, and responsible with a strong work ethic.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Presentation: Professional appearance and demeanor; ready to join the team immediately.

  • Availability: Willing to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
