Responsibilities

- Process transactions accurately using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, handle cash, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Monitor inventory levels, perform regular stock counts, and communicate replenishment needs to the store manager.
- Provide after‑sales support, address customer inquiries, and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with teammates on promotional campaigns, seasonal sales events, and product launches.
- Track personal sales performance against targets and contribute ideas for improving conversion rates.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in retail sales or customer service.

- Preferred residence in Jakarta Selatan or surrounding neighborhoods for convenient commuting.
