Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential new borrowers, introducing them to Amartha’s capital‑lending programs and guiding them through the onboarding journey.
- Provide on‑site economic counseling to member households, helping them improve financial literacy, budgeting, and business planning.
- Conduct thorough field surveys and feasibility analyses of loan applications, ensuring compliance with Amartha’s underwriting policies, risk criteria, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare detailed assessment reports that capture repayment capacity, collateral availability, and market conditions.
- Execute collection activities, including timely reminders, negotiation of payment plans, and coordination with the credit control team to maintain healthy portfolio performance.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, GPS‑tracked visit records, and digital documentation of client interactions using Amartha’s mobile CRM tools.
- Collaborate closely with regional supervisors and cross‑functional teams (marketing, product, compliance) to share market insights and improve service delivery.
- Participate in community events and local workshops to promote financial inclusion and raise Amartha’s brand awareness.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the micro‑finance sector.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age range: 18‑30 years (maximum 33 years acceptable).

- Own reliable transportation (motorcycle or car) to travel across the Lembang area daily.
- Strong integrity, honesty, attention to detail, and a disciplined work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build trust quickly.

- Basic digital literacy; comfortable using smartphones, data entry apps, and internet resources.
