Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through digital channels such as social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
- Conduct virtual and face‑to‑face product presentations, highlighting Hyundai’s latest models, features, and financing options.
- Maintain and update the dealership’s CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of customer interactions and sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and launch promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and test‑drive events.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other tools to optimize conversion rates.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, reporting results to the Sales Manager.
- Provide after‑sales support, follow‑up on customer satisfaction, and nurture long‑term relationships for repeat business.
- Stay current with automotive industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing practices.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, share best practices, and contribute ideas for improving the customer journey.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Gender: All genders are encouraged to apply.
- Experience: At least 2 years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Core Skills:
- Digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO/SEM).
- Customer relationship management (CRM) and lead nurturing.
- Persuasive communication and body‑language awareness.
- Data analysis and reporting.
- Product knowledge development for Hyundai vehicles.
- Effective telephone etiquette and remote selling techniques.
