Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned premises, including entrances, exits, parking areas, and interior facilities, to deter unauthorized activities.
- Conduct regular checks of security equipment such as CCTV systems, alarms, and access control devices, reporting any malfunctions promptly.
- Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and local laws, ensuring all personnel adhere to established protocols.
- Respond swiftly to incidents, including alarms, disturbances, or emergencies, and coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency services when required.
- Maintain detailed incident logs, daily activity reports, and handover notes for seamless shift transitions.
- Assist in crowd control during events, deliveries, and visitor check‑ins, ensuring orderly flow and minimal disruption.
- Provide clear communication with management and other departments regarding potential security risks and suggested improvements.
- Participate in regular training sessions on first aid, fire safety, and advanced security techniques to keep skills up‑to‑date.
- Uphold a professional appearance at all times, reflecting the company’s standards for conduct and presentation.
Requirements
- Male candidate, maximum age of 35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a security or related role.
- Active GP (General Permit) and KTA (Security Personnel Card) certifications.
- Current domicile in Yogyakarta or willingness to relocate.
- Minimum height of 170 cm.
- No visible body piercings or tattoos that could affect the professional image.
- Strong observational skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Physical fitness to perform regular patrols and respond to emergencies.
