We are seeking an enthusiastic Merchandiser Produk Retail dan Penataan Visual Toko to join our dynamic retail team. Responsibilities
- Implement store visual standards and product placement SOPs, creating eye‑catching displays that align with seasonal promotions and brand guidelines.
- Conduct daily stock checks to verify product availability, promptly reporting shortages and coordinating replenishment with the supply chain team.
- Maintain accurate planograms and adjust layouts based on sales data, competitor activity, and emerging market trends.
- Perform regular store audits, documenting compliance, photographing displays, and submitting detailed reports to the regional merchandising manager.
- Analyze competitor shelf arrangements and promotional tactics to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Track sales performance of featured items, providing actionable insights that influence future merchandising strategies.
- Collaborate with store staff to train them on visual standards, proper product handling, and inventory best practices.
- Assist in the setup of new product launches, ensuring that promotional materials and fixtures are installed correctly and on schedule.
- Travel to multiple retail locations across the designated territory, adhering to a Monday‑Saturday work schedule (08:00‑17:00).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while handling merchandise, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: No upper age limit; we welcome candidates of all experience levels.

- Experience: 0+ years; fresh graduates with strong motivation are encouraged to apply.
- Key Skills: Competitor analysis, sales analysis, trend analysis, and basic data interpretation.

- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and arrange merchandise up to 20 kg, stand for extended periods, and travel between stores.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or similar tools for reporting and basic POS systems.
- Language: Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
