This full‑time position is based at the company’s main manufacturing facility and offers a structured Monday‑to‑Friday work schedule (08:00 – 17:00). The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in safeguarding product integrity, supporting both regular production lines and the development of new models.
The role demands a blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills. As a QA/QC staff member, you will act as the frontline guardian of quality, ensuring that every product leaving the floor meets the high standards expected by our customers and the Cargloss brand.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough product inspections and verification procedures to confirm compliance with specifications.
- Perform root‑cause analysis and problem‑solving activities on any quality issues that arise.
- Monitor and guide the regular production process, ensuring that standard operating procedures are followed.
- Support the launch and validation of new product models, coordinating closely with R&D and production engineering.
- Identify and document product problems, driving trial improvements through systematic testing.
- Collaborate with supervisors and cross‑functional departments (e.g., engineering, procurement, logistics) to implement corrective actions and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records in Microsoft Office applications, including inspection reports, non‑conformance logs, and improvement trackers.
- Participate in internal audits and assist in preparing for external certifications.
- Provide training and guidance to production operators on quality standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in Quality Control or QA/QC within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
- Male candidates, aged 30 years or younger.
- Strong analytical mindset with proven problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to coordinate across departments.
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting production priorities and occasional overtime during new model rollouts.
- Detail‑oriented attitude and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
