Introduction

Adira Finance is seeking a dynamic Sales Officer to join our expanding team covering the Jabodetabek‑Serang region. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between the company and both existing and prospective customers, driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. This full‑time position offers a structured work week (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00) and a vibrant, performance‑oriented environment where ambition and integrity are rewarded.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Adira Finance’s portfolio of consumer finance products to existing clients and new prospects across the Jabodetabek‑Serang area.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with distribution channels, dealers, and partner agencies to generate qualified leads.
  • Collect initial customer data, verify documentation, and complete credit‑application packages in accordance with internal compliance standards.
  • Track each credit application through the approval process, providing timely updates to dealers and customers regarding status and decisions.
  • Communicate payment schedules, due dates, and collection procedures clearly to consumers, ensuring a smooth repayment experience.
  • Negotiate terms, address objections, and close sales while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, reporting daily and weekly sales activities to the regional manager.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to relay market feedback and suggest product enhancements.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, sales workshops, and performance reviews to continuously improve sales techniques.
  • Represent Adira Finance at local events, trade shows, and community outreach programs to strengthen brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (any discipline) – fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Maximum age: 29 years.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in financial services or consumer credit.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to negotiate and persuade.
  • High integrity, meticulous attention to detail, resilience, and a results‑driven mindset.
  • Own reliable motor vehicle and a valid active SIM A/C.
  • Proficiency in sales management tools, CRM software, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
