Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Staff Kitchen Operasional dan Kebersihan to join our dynamic hospitality team. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency, cleanliness, and overall hygiene of our kitchen facilities, ensuring that both staff and guests experience a safe and pleasant environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize kitchen workstations at the beginning of each shift, ensuring all necessary utensils, cookware, and cleaning supplies are readily available.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, and dishwashers in accordance with safety standards.
- Execute daily cleaning routines, including wiping down surfaces, sanitizing food preparation areas, and managing waste disposal in compliance with health regulations.
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables, measuring ingredients, and plating under supervision.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning agents, disposable gloves, and other consumables, notifying supervisors of reorder needs.
- Conduct routine inspections of kitchen hygiene, promptly addressing any identified issues and documenting corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless shift handovers, sharing critical information about equipment status and cleanliness levels.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding punctuality, dress code, and personal hygiene, maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on food safety, sanitation standards, and emergency procedures.
- Provide courteous and clear communication with supervisors, peers, and, when required, with guests or clients.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in kitchen operations, cleaning, or hospitality services; fresh graduates with strong motivation are also welcome.
- Ability to work full‑time shifts (8 hours per day) from Monday to Saturday, 08:00–17:00.
- Strong sense of cleanliness, honesty, and responsibility.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a willingness to support colleagues.
- Unmarried status preferred to ensure flexible shift availability.
- Confident communicator capable of interacting effectively with diverse team members.
- Proficiency in operating standard kitchen equipment and basic maintenance tasks.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform moderate lifting.
