Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Master Dealer – Wilayah Tangerang to lead our sales and visual merchandising efforts across the Tangerang region. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary liaison between our brand and retail partners, ensuring that every showroom, booth, and exhibition reflects the highest standards of visual appeal and customer experience. This position offers the opportunity to shape market presence, drive revenue growth, and mentor a network of sales representatives in a fast‑moving consumer electronics environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular visits to existing and potential retail outlets to evaluate performance, gather market intelligence, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Design, implement, and maintain eye‑catching visual displays in showrooms, trade‑show booths, and pop‑up locations, adhering to brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures for display set‑up, product placement, and promotional material usage.
  • Collect, record, and analyze sales data using computers or tablets, preparing weekly and monthly reports for senior management.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets while managing multiple accounts under tight deadlines.
  • Coach and support subordinate sales staff (SPG/SPB) on product knowledge, negotiation techniques, and customer service excellence.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to launch new product launches, promotional campaigns, and in‑store events.
  • Maintain a reliable personal vehicle and active SIM C license to ensure timely coverage of the entire territory.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform product development and pricing strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Master Dealer, Sales Representative, or SPG/SPB in the electronics sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing high‑pressure situations.
  • Strong computer/tablet proficiency for data entry, reporting, and communication.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with retailers.
  • Creative eye for visual merchandising and the ability to translate brand concepts into compelling store displays.
  • High level of personal integrity and a clean employment history.
  • Flexibility to be assigned to any vacant area within the region as business needs evolve.
  • Own a reliable vehicle and possess a valid SIM C driver’s license.
