Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Administrator Bisnis Channeling to join our fast‑growing team in Perawang, Riau. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our Business Channeling partners and the internal credit processing unit, ensuring that every loan application moves smoothly from order intake to final approval. Responsibilities
- Follow up on incoming orders generated through various Business Channeling sources, ensuring timely acknowledgment and processing.
- Gather, verify, and complete all required consumer and financing object data before entering it into the ACCTION system.
- Accurately input order details received via the dicicilaja platform, maintaining consistency and data quality.
- Review credit applications against RAC (Risk Assessment Criteria) and customer grading outcomes, flagging any discrepancies for further review.
- Contact applicants to communicate credit decisions, providing clear explanations and next‑step instructions.
- Prepare and dispatch survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC), tracking progress and follow‑up actions.
- Coordinate closely with the SHC (Sales & Handover Coordinator) to monitor the status of active consumer orders and resolve any bottlenecks.
- Perform routine data entry of customer information into internal systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data‑protection policies.
- Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports that summarize order volumes, processing times, and approval rates.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting workflow enhancements based on observed trends and feedback.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Maximum age: 30 years (flexible for exceptional candidates).
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative, loan processing, or related financial services roles.
- Proficient computer skills, particularly with database entry, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with credit‑assessment platforms such as ACCTION.
- Strong attention to detail, with a proven track record of maintaining accurate records.
- High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential customer information responsibly.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to interact effectively with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating within a cross‑functional team environment.
- Organizational skills that enable the management of multiple orders simultaneously under tight deadlines.
