Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Staff Penjualan Retail (HORECA) to join our fast‑growing sales team. This role focuses on driving product adoption and revenue growth within the retail and HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Café) channels across the region. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a solid understanding of retail dynamics, a passion for building customer relationships, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aimed at increasing product penetration in retail and HORECA outlets.
  • Present product information clearly and persuasively, tailoring recommendations to meet the specific needs of each client.
  • Establish and nurture long‑term relationships with retail partners, end‑users, and key decision‑makers.
  • Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the product portfolio, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and after‑sales support.
  • Identify new business opportunities, conduct market visits, and gather feedback to continuously improve product positioning.
  • Participate in trade shows, product launches, and promotional events to increase brand visibility.
  • Adhere to the company’s compliance policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical standards.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 (Associate degree) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Age: Up to 35 years old.
  • Gender: Male (as specified by the client).
  • Work Experience: At least 1 year of proven sales experience in retail, wholesale, or HORECA environments.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities; self‑motivated with a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Availability: Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
