Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Promotor Penjualan Produk Konsumen to join our fast‑growing sales team. This role is focused on driving brand awareness and increasing market share for a portfolio of consumer goods across retail, electronic, and telecommunications channels. The ideal candidate is a goal‑oriented communicator who can blend traditional sales techniques with modern digital tools to engage customers, generate leads, and achieve measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Actively promote and demonstrate consumer products to prospective buyers in retail outlets, malls, and on‑site events.
- Identify target audiences, conduct product presentations, and answer technical or usage questions with confidence.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets by converting foot traffic into qualified sales and upselling complementary items.
- Maintain accurate daily activity reports, including sales volume, customer feedback, and competitor observations.
- Utilize digital platforms (social media, CRM apps, mobile POS) to capture leads, schedule follow‑ups, and track performance metrics.
- Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to ensure proper product placement, promotional signage, and inventory availability.
- Provide post‑sale support, handle basic warranty inquiries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product specifications, market trends, and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Age: Must be 27 years old or younger.

- Experience: At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in electronics, telecommunications, FMCG, or retail environments.
- Core Skills: Strong verbal communication, persuasive negotiation, basic sales fundamentals, and proficiency with digital sales tools.
- Attributes: Goal‑oriented, professional demeanor, resilient under pressure, well‑presented appearance, and a proportionate physique.
