Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor Outlet – Lubuk Linggau to lead our kitchen crew at a high‑traffic restaurant location. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations for both dine‑in and delivery services, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and food safety regulations.
- Maintain consistency in flavor, hygiene, and plating across all menu items, conducting regular quality checks and taste tests.
- Lead, train, and schedule kitchen and service crew members, fostering a collaborative team culture that encourages continuous improvement.
- Perform regular stock counts (stock opname), monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with suppliers to prevent shortages or waste.
- Control operational costs by tracking labor hours, food waste, and utility usage, and propose efficiency initiatives to management.
- Address customer complaints promptly and professionally, turning potential issues into opportunities for service recovery.
- Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly reports covering sales performance, operational metrics, and inventory status.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP and local health department standards, conducting periodic audits and corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with the restaurant manager on menu updates, promotional launches, and special event catering.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing proper equipment handling, emergency procedures, and cleanliness protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a kitchen or food‑service environment.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety (HACCP preferred), and inventory management.
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills; ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to fluctuating customer volumes.
- Detail‑oriented, disciplined, and quick‑thinking in fast‑moving settings.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
