Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader Gudang for our Cibitung warehouse in Kabupaten Bekasi. This pivotal role oversees multiple warehouse functions—including inbound, outbound, inventory, and fleet operations—to ensure seamless flow of goods, high accuracy in stock management, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards. The successful candidate will lead cross‑functional teams, drive continuous improvement, and act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners.
Responsibilities
- TL Inbound: Lead, mentor, and supervise the inbound team daily; coordinate dock scheduling and manage storage occupancy; resolve issues related to late deliveries, damaged goods, or documentation discrepancies; generate accurate stock receipt reports and communicate variances to inventory control.
- TL Outbound: Direct the outbound team in order picking, packing, and loading; oversee replenishment strategies to meet shipment deadlines; troubleshoot stock‑record mismatches and ensure timely dispatch; produce daily outbound performance metrics and stock movement summaries.
- TL Inventory: Supervise inventory auditors; prepare detailed DCC (Document Control Center) reports and analytical dashboards for senior management; identify excesses, shortages, and obsolescence; develop corrective action plans and implement cycle‑count programs.
- TL Fleet: Monitor driver activities from arrival, pre‑cooling, loading, departure, to remote unloading at the hub; coordinate with the Inventory Control Hub to resolve bottlenecks; compile daily fleet dispatch reports; enforce SOPs on temperature control and loading/unloading times; track warehouse assets such as coolers, cages, and stereforms.
- Maintain compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, including proper handling of hazardous materials and emergency procedures.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement by conducting regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and Kaizen workshops.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and customer service departments to align warehouse operations with broader business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates, age not exceeding 35 years.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
- Proven ability to manage inbound, outbound, inventory, and fleet functions simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; capable of motivating diverse teams.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including Saturdays, public holidays, and national holidays.
- Readiness to be placed at the Cibitung warehouse in Kabupaten Bekasi.
- Relevant soft skills: problem‑solving, decision‑making under pressure, time management, and a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of beverage inventory management, retail stock control, and standard operating procedures for temperature‑sensitive goods is a plus.
