Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This role focuses on creating, executing, and optimizing engaging content for Instagram and managing high‑impact Meta advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate is a data‑driven storyteller with at least one year of hands‑on experience in social media management and a solid understanding of digital marketing funnels. Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive monthly content calendar for Instagram, emphasizing carousel posts and short‑form Reels that align with the company’s overall marketing strategy.
- Research and monitor emerging trends in digital marketing, social platforms, and audience behavior to keep the brand’s voice fresh and relevant.
- Plan, launch, and continuously optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to drive leads, increase brand awareness, and support sales targets.
- Conduct audience research, define precise targeting parameters, and set clear campaign objectives such as traffic, conversions, or engagement.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently, adjusting spend based on performance metrics and ensuring a positive return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Analyze key performance indicators (CTR, CPC, CPM, leads, conversion rates) and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Execute A/B testing on creative assets, copy, and audience segments to continually improve ad effectiveness.
- Write compelling copy for both organic posts and paid ads, maintaining brand tone while encouraging interaction.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and product managers to produce high‑quality visual assets using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
- Support cross‑functional projects, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and influencer collaborations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience managing social media accounts and Meta ad campaigns.
- Strong grasp of funnel marketing concepts, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting advertising performance data.
- Hands‑on experience creating Instagram carousel posts and Reels, with a basic understanding of video editing.
- Fundamental copywriting skills for both ad copy and organic content.
- Creative mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Preferred: Experience in the interior design, property, or architecture sectors.
- Technical skills: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, and familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).

- Work schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
