Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Field Technician – Quality Supervision to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all field operations meet the highest standards of quality and safety, particularly within the electrical engineering sector. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, engineers, and on‑site crews to monitor, inspect, and improve processes across multiple locations.
The position follows a full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, and offers a collaborative environment where both individual initiative and teamwork are valued. Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site quality inspections of electrical installations, ensuring compliance with national standards and company specifications.
- Coordinate with field crews to resolve non‑conformities, provide corrective action guidance, and verify the effectiveness of solutions.
- Prepare detailed quality reports, logs, and documentation for each project phase, highlighting any deviations and recommended improvements.
- Lead daily briefings with technicians and supervisors to communicate quality expectations, safety protocols, and project updates.
- Assist in the development and revision of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control checklists.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to workmanship, safety incidents, and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during site visits, presenting findings and addressing concerns with professionalism.
- Support training initiatives by mentoring junior technicians and sharing best practices in quality assurance.
- Maintain equipment calibration records and ensure all testing tools are in proper working condition.
- Work under pressure to meet tight project deadlines while upholding the highest level of integrity and accuracy.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; technical certifications in electrical engineering are a plus.

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various field sites.
