Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer – Channeling (Padang) to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in expanding our distribution network, driving loan and financing solutions through AXI agents, durable goods merchants, and other Adira Finance channels. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Head Channeling, ensuring sales targets are met while maintaining strong, lasting relationships with partners and customers across the Padang region.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the sales process according to the direction of the Sales Head Channeling to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Identify, acquire, and nurture new order sources from AXI agents, durable‑goods merchants, and other Adira Finance channels.
  • Process consumer credit applications by collecting, verifying, and validating all required documentation, followed by accurate data entry into the initial data system.
  • Conduct vehicle or asset valuation (taksasi) for financing proposals, securing approval from the Sales Head Channeling before final submission.
  • Perform on‑site surveys of prospective borrowers, document findings, and upload reports to the company’s CRM system while adhering to internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate financing options, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and underwriting teams to streamline the sales pipeline and reduce turnaround time for approvals.
  • Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to help shape future sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (any major) – fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • At least 1 year of relevant sales or channel management experience (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
  • High integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and a reputation for honesty.
  • Own a reliable motor vehicle and hold a valid SIM A/C license.
  • Ability to work independently in the Padang area, with placement aligned to the candidate’s domicile.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, especially CRM and data entry systems.
