Introduction

We are expanding our warehouse operations to meet growing e‑commerce demand and are seeking dedicated, physically fit individuals to join our team as Sorter Gudang Ekspedisi. This entry‑level position offers a dynamic work environment where attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are essential for success.
Responsibilities
- Sort incoming and outgoing packages according to predefined routes, geographic zones, and service categories (e.g., regular, express, fragile).
- Perform inbound and outbound scanning using handheld devices, ensuring each barcode is captured accurately and in compliance with SOPs.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks, pallets, and containers, moving items safely from vehicles to the warehouse staging area.
- Organize sorted parcels on shelves, bins, or designated carts, maintaining clear zone demarcations to streamline downstream processing.
- Inspect packages for damage, mislabeling, or other discrepancies; document and report any issues to the shift supervisor for corrective action.
- Maintain a clean, orderly work area, adhering to all occupational safety and health regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment.
- Support shift handover by updating logs, confirming package counts, and communicating any outstanding concerns.
- Collaborate with warehouse managers, drivers, and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only; age between 18 and 35 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse sorting, logistics, or related manual labor (preferred but not mandatory).
- Valid Indonesian ID (KTP) and family card (KK) – originals required.
- Own an Android smartphone with a minimum of 4 GB RAM for downloading the company’s operational app.
- Personal bank account for salary deposits.
- Good physical health and stamina to handle lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends, from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Professional appearance: short‑sleeve collar‑less T‑shirt, pocket‑less shorts or cargo‑style trousers, and safety‑approved shoes.
- Key soft skills: efficient time management, strong physical endurance, basic warehouse and logistics knowledge, and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
