Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tutor TK specializing in Calistung (reading, writing, arithmetic) and Mengaji (Quran recitation) for early‑year learners in the Solo Raya region (Surakarta, Sukoharjo, Karanganyar, Boyolali). Responsibilities
- Design and deliver age‑appropriate lesson plans for Calistung and Mengaji, aligning with the national curriculum and the center’s teaching philosophy.
- Assess each student’s progress through informal observations, quizzes, and periodic reporting to parents.
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and confidence.
- Adapt instructional strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles, including visual, auditory, and kinesthetic approaches.
- Collaborate with fellow tutors and curriculum coordinators to share resources, best practices, and continuous improvement ideas.
- Maintain accurate attendance records, lesson logs, and learning outcomes in the center’s digital management system.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings, professional development workshops, and community outreach events.
- Provide constructive feedback to parents, offering suggestions for home‑based reinforcement of skills.
- Ensure all teaching materials, including Quranic texts and learning aids, are handled with respect and stored securely.
- Uphold the center’s standards of professionalism, punctuality, and ethical conduct at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree) in Education, Islamic Studies, or related field.
- Active university student up to semester 5, or a fresh graduate, or a freelance/honorary teacher.
- Proficiency in teaching Calistung and basic Quranic recitation appropriate for the TK (kindergarten) level.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage young learners.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Highly disciplined, committed, creative, and professional attitude.
- Preferably resides in Solo Raya (Surakarta, Sukoharjo, Karanganyar, Boyolali) for ease of commute.
- Own reliable transportation (motorcycle or car) to travel to the tutoring center.

- Age: No upper limit; candidates must be able to meet the physical demands of classroom activity.
