Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Staff Komersial FFB to join SawitPRO’s regional commercial team covering Sumatra Utara, Sumatra Selatan, Sumatra Barat, Riau, and Jambi. The role is pivotal in building and nurturing B2B relationships with palm oil mill suppliers (DO Agents and FFB Suppliers). You will drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and forge strategic partnerships that align with SawitPRO’s mission to become the leading facilitator of sustainable palm oil supply chains.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers, focusing on palm oil mill suppliers and DO agents across the assigned regions.
- Execute SawisPRO’s commercial strategy by identifying new revenue streams, expanding market share, and establishing strategic alliances.
- Design and implement comprehensive commercial plans that support the company’s goal of deepening supplier engagement and increasing FFB (Fresh Fruit Bunch) procurement.
- Conduct market and competitor research to uncover growth opportunities, assess market trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, sales, operations, and technology teams to ensure a unified understanding of customer needs and to deliver tailored solutions.
- Provide high‑quality customer experience by combining product offerings, value‑added services, and proactive relationship management.
- Analyse stakeholder motivations, pain points, and growth potential to tailor negotiation tactics and partnership proposals.
- Maintain effective communication channels with suppliers to address concerns promptly and ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Support marketing initiatives by identifying target audiences, contributing to campaign planning, and measuring campaign performance.
- Ensure all client data, reports, and documentation are accurate, up‑to‑date, and delivered within agreed timelines.
- Travel regularly to field locations and supplier sites to strengthen relationships and gather on‑ground intelligence.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in business management, customer service, sales, or growth roles; experience in the palm oil sector is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial targets and managing B2B relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into strategy.
- Proficiency with marketing and sales enablement tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Sumut, Sumsel, Sumbar, Riau, and Jambi.
- Gender: open to all.
- Work schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
