Introduction

The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with a proven track record in sales and marketing, ready to represent XLSmart’s brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan that aligns with corporate revenue targets and market‑share objectives.
  • Identify, approach, and nurture new business opportunities within the assigned cluster, leveraging product knowledge to demonstrate value.
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct regular field visits following the Regional Marketing Plan (RMP) schedule, accurately recording visit details and customer feedback.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide actionable insights to the marketing team.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas through effective prospecting, negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management on a weekly basis.
  • Participate in product training sessions and continuously improve product knowledge to become a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Collaborate with logistics and after‑sales teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any service issues.
  • Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and ethical standards while representing XLSmart in the field.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a field‑based role.
  • Male candidates only (as specified by the client).
  • Possession of a valid motorcycle (SIM C) and an active police clearance (SKCK).
  • Own an Android smartphone with a minimum of 4 GB RAM for CRM and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Self‑motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the Regional Marketing Plan (RMP) process and the concept of “cluster pintar” for product knowledge development.
  • Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional travel within the Kab. Mesuji area.
