Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Support Pengumpulan Cluster to join our dynamic collection team in Pondok Indah, serving the greater Jabodetabek area. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of all billing‑related documentation and data processes. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical abilities with excellent communication skills, thriving both independently and within a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage, verify, and archive all documents associated with the billing and collection process, guaranteeing compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Perform precise data entry of collection transactions, reconcile discrepancies, and generate daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports.
- Coordinate closely with cross‑functional teams—including finance, legal, and customer service—to ensure smooth end‑to‑end billing cycles.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, PivotTables, data validation) to analyze trends, identify delinquent accounts, and support strategic decision‑making.
- Prepare and present concise PowerPoint summaries for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and collection targets.
- Maintain a high level of data integrity by conducting regular audits, spotting anomalies, and implementing corrective actions.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to collection documentation.
- Assist in training new staff members on data handling best practices and system usage.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities, meet strict deadlines, and consistently achieve or exceed collection targets.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 (associate degree) in any field; high school (SMA/SMK) graduates may be considered with relevant experience.
- Age: 29 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of experience as a data analyst or in a collection/administrative role; fresh graduates with strong analytical aptitude are welcome.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (advanced functions), PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large data sets and produce actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external partners.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and a target‑oriented work ethic.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of an organized team.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
