Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Guru Les Privat di Rumah – Wilayah Welang to join our team of professional educators. This full‑time position offers the rewarding opportunity to provide personalized, in‑home tutoring to students in the Welang area, helping them achieve academic excellence while fostering a love for learning. The role is based in Jepara Regency and requires a compassionate, disciplined, and responsible individual who can tailor lessons to each learner’s unique needs.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver customized lesson plans for primary and secondary school students in subjects such as Mathematics, Bahasa Indonesia, Science, and English.
- Assess student performance regularly and adjust teaching strategies to address gaps and accelerate progress.
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment within the student’s home.
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about student progress, upcoming topics, and any concerns.
- Prepare teaching materials, worksheets, and interactive activities that align with the national curriculum.
- Track attendance, lesson completion, and provide detailed reports at the end of each month.
- Stay updated on educational best practices, new pedagogical tools, and technology‑enhanced learning resources.
- Demonstrate patience, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility throughout all tutoring sessions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher (D4) in Education or a related field; a Bachelor’s degree in Education is preferred.
- Residence in Kab. Jepara (local domicile required).
- Strong teaching abilities with a proven track record of helping students improve academically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust with both students and parents.
- Patience, discipline, and a high level of responsibility in managing lesson schedules and student outcomes.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional flexibility for special sessions.
