Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Proyek (Project Manager) to join our growing team in Semarang. This full‑time position offers a structured work week from Monday to Saturday, with daily hours from 08:00 to 17:00. As the Project Manager, you will serve as the central hub for project execution, vendor coordination, and client communication, working closely with the CEO to ensure that every initiative meets our high standards of quality, timeliness, and cost‑effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily project activities, ensuring that each task aligns with the overall project plan and organizational objectives.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with external vendors, negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and resolving any issues that arise.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO to prioritize tasks, set realistic milestones, and track progress against strategic goals.
- Develop, propose, and refine project budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources while adhering to financial constraints.
- Create detailed timelines and Gantt charts, continuously updating them to reflect real‑time changes and dependencies.
- Guarantee timely delivery of project deliverables by coordinating cross‑functional teams and managing any bottlenecks.
- Implement organized file‑management systems, ensuring that all project documentation is stored securely and is easily accessible to stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to clients in a clear and professional manner, gathering feedback and necessary information to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items to maintain momentum.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, applying design thinking principles to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum of SMA/SMK or equivalent.
