Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Credit Marketing Officer (Surveyor) to join our expanding team in the Daan Mogot area of the Jabodetabek region. This pivotal role bridges the gap between our financial products and both existing and prospective customers, ensuring a seamless credit application experience from initial contact through to final settlement. As a key member of our sales and credit department, you will represent the company’s values of integrity, professionalism, and customer‑centric service while contributing to our growth targets in a highly competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s range of credit and financing products to existing clients as well as new prospects across the assigned territory.
- Generate and capture orders from distribution channels, performing thorough initial data collection and verification for each potential borrower.
- Prepare, review, and complete all required customer documentation and credit application forms, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Track the progress of each credit application, liaise with the underwriting team, and communicate approval or rejection decisions promptly to dealers and customers.
- Inform customers of repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional obligations, providing clear guidance to avoid defaults.
- Conduct field visits to verify customer information, assess collateral, and build strong, trust‑based relationships with dealers and end‑users.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, updating status changes, follow‑up actions, and any customer feedback.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to develop targeted campaigns, improve product offerings, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Adhere to a Monday‑Saturday work schedule (08:00 – 16:00) and travel within the assigned domicile area using a personal vehicle and a valid SIM A/C.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors) – fresh graduates are welcome.
- Maximum age: 29 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit sales, financial services, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence decision‑makers.
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty in handling confidential financial information.
- Proactive, resilient, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
- Own a reliable motor vehicle and possess an active SIM A/C for field visits.
- Male candidates only, as specified by the client’s current hiring policy.
